-Park at Providence Bay Beach Cycle north on Mutchmor Rd. and turn right onto Mira St. At the end of this street turn right, cross the Mindemoya River (where the sweet water Salmon run in the fall) and cycle along the bay until you reach Government Rd. Follow Government Rd. through gently rolling farmland mixed with woodland, to Yonge St. Turn left and follow Yonge St. into Mindemoya. Watch for ruffed grouse, wild turkeys, deer and ducks along the way. In Mindemoya you can find a bank, a library, a tea garden with Wi-Fi, motels, restaurants, a post office and much more. Turn left (west) onto #542. To avoid traffic on #542, at the first sharp left hand corner turn right then immediately left onto Lakeshore Rd. What awaits you is a wonderful mixture of quiet countryside, cedar groves and the clear blue-green waters of Mindemoya L. Arriving back at #542, turn right. Cycle along the lake, up the hill, then turn right onto Monument Rd. Follow this road north until it reaches Mindemoya L. again, with a public picnic area and beach. Just past here you will come to Learmont Rd. Turn left and follow this road until it comes to a “T” with Perivale Rd. At this junction turn right heading towards L. Kagawong. When the road “T”s again you turn left and follow the wonderful, winding Perivale Rd. W. beside L. Kagawong, past a boat launch and rest area. Ride on past many old farms until you reach #542. Turn left and stay on #542 all the way into Spring Bay, which has a well stocked general store. At the intersection turn right (south) on Grimsthorpe Rd., then left onto the beautiful, windy, Sand Rd. to #551, where you make a right hand turn that takes you back to Providence Bay.
